Online Classes

Classes with Charlotte Tooth are about training with precision, technique and clarity. Learn to move safely whilst challenging your body to do things you never thought were possible.

Open to all ages and all levels. The class is taught in a way that offers adaptations for injuries and options for those of you looking to push yourself. The class flows from warm up into thigh work, posterior work (think butt, hamstrings and back of the body) and finishes with a core focused blast!

Charlotte devised this class using her background in dance and strength training, to bring the grace of ballet and the intensity of strength training, into one hybrid class.
